1How do I list study materials?
Sign up, complete your onboarding (select grade & subjects), then go to your Dashboard to upload materials with images, title, price, and details.
2Does NoteLK handle delivery?
No. NoteLK only connects buyers and sellers. You arrange meeting times and locations in your district. Delivery is your responsibility.
3How is payment handled?
All transactions are Cash on Delivery (COD). You meet the other person, verify the materials, and exchange cash directly. No payment processing through NoteLK.
4How do I get a seller badge?
Badges are earned based on completed sales and reviews. More sales = higher trust level. New Seller → Trusted Seller → Top Seller.
5What happens if I get scammed?
Report the user immediately. Our admin team reviews all reports and can ban sellers. Use our review system to warn other students.
6Can I list materials from any grade?
Yes! NoteLK serves Grade 6 through A/L. Filter by your grade when listing, and buyers can find you by grade preference.
